Stuart Little found his forever home!

A North Bay shelter notified SAB about Stuart Little in September. At the time, he was on their euthanasia list and considered "unadoptable" because he was malnourished, scared, "difficult to handle", "temperamental" and hard to place white bunny with ruby eyes. His fluffy white fur and tiny feet were yellowed from urine. This poor little guy was only a few weeks old but had already experienced life's harshness SaveABunny stepped in and immediately arranged a foster.

With focused love and attention (and neuter), Stuart improved dramatically, both physically and mentally. His yellowed coat has grown out, replaced by beautiful, soft, snow white fur. He is a great eater and now maintains a healthy weight. He has learned to trust humans again and is much easier to hold and pet.

Best of all, he has found a bunny girlfriend named Grace who absolutely adores him! Grace lost her mate several months ago and immediately bonded with Stuart. Here they are posing for their Valentines Day photo shoot. Don't they look perfect together?
