Hi! My name is Persimmon. I'm a spayed girl who is a sweet as the fruit I am named after. I'm a little shy at first, so I may not be the "flashiest" bunny you'll meet. However, time spent loving me is a very good investment in the love you'll receive back.

It was a bit scary to have my photo taken, so please forgive my "deer in the headlights" look. It's actually "rabbit in the spotlight" looks! I'm also a little self-conscious about my weight. I arrived at SaveABunny needing to lose a little weight after being overfed at a shelter. Sometimes people confuse food with love and give us bunnies too many pellets, which simply aren't healthy.
The best food for us is Timothy and Orchard grass hay and fresh veggies, like cilantro, parsley, mint and organic dandelion greens. Yummy!
