Buddy and Lovebug, our bonded pair of brown Rex rabbits were adopted by a Rohnert Park family with 3 sons and no other pets on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009.

UPDATE March 7, 2009

Buddy and Lovebug are now a bonded pair who love each other very much and must be adopted together. Both these bunnies are quiet, sweet, and gentle. They are very lovely together.
Lovebug is a plush, spayed mini rex girl and Buddy is a neutered, semi-long haired boy who does shed a fair amount, so fussy adopters need not apply! However, if you are seeking a gorgeous, loving bonded pair of bunnies these two are very charming!

Hi. My name is Buddy. I am a really cute, gentle and mellow neutered boy. I'm a little over a year old and I came to SaveABunny when my guardian was unable to care for me anymore and left me in a precarious situation. I won't go into details, because I am the kind of bunny who prefers to focus on the future, and I am ready for a whole new life!

I am easy to handle, adore getting attention and would make a perfect companion rabbit for either a new bunny lover or an experienced bunny guardian who knows a nice bunny when he sees one.

Did you know that today I went on a photo shoot for Pottery Barn Kids linens and spend a few hours with a 4 year old child model? Everyone was so proud of me for being so patient and I really appreciated that the little girl followed instructions NOT to pick me up, but rather to sit next to me, so I wouldn't get injured. Many people are not aware of how fragile bunnies can be and how easily we can get hurt by active and enthusiast kids.

So, that's my story for now. I am a happy, sweet boy who would really like to find my forever home. I promise to be a good boy and love you back very much!
