Oy, have I got a story to tell you! My name is Schmatta, because I need a major makeover and my foster mom has a bizarre sense of humor. She named me Schmatta as a Yiddush term of endearment----oy,go figure.

Anyway, I was surrendered to the Humane Society of Silicon Valley by people who grew tired of living with a bunny and they hadn't cared for me very well. I was very overweight and my fur was coarse and patchy from living outside in a hutch. The good news is that I am a really, really nice rabbit.

SaveABunny put me on their bunny weight loss and spa program of a "low-carb, high -fiber" diet (I get mostly hay and no pellets). I also got a much needed "mani-pedi" and hair treatment. I'm a metrosexual bunny man!

I'm an easy-going and gentle harlequin rabbit with a wonderful sense of humor and sweet energy about me. That's why my foster mom knows she can kid me a bit, because I know how loving and special she thinks I am.
