A227434 Doc

Status:
Adopted
on
Jan 5 2007
Shelter of Origin:
San Francisco Animal Care and Control
Location:
SFACC

Doc came to the shelter as part of a large group of rabbits surrendered by someone who did not spay and neuter their rabbits. Sadly, when people have litters of rabbits they do not want, it creates overcrowding situations that result in innocent rabbits being put on the euthanasia list at shelters. There just ins't enough room or homes.

You can help by not buying rabbits at pet stores and not breeding rabbits---even one litter. Please adopt from shelters or rescue groups instead.

Doc is the only "baby" left of this litter. She is a very cute dwarf mix and will soon be spayed by the shelter. She is a bit shy and would benefit from experienced handling and lots of love.

If you'd like to meet her, please bring her ID number with you to San Francisco Animal Care and Control. Hours of operation are 12-6 pm. Open 12-7 pm on Wednesday. You will need landlord approval if you rent.
