I've been adopted! Hooray!

Hello there! I'm Azuki, named after azuki beans! I am a super, cute, young, little neutered boy who has quite a story to tell...

I am not quite sure how it happened, but I was found with fishing line wrapped around my neck and shoulder. It really hurt, but I tried my best to be strong and brave.
Luckily, I was rescued and immediately saw a veterinarian who helped surgically remove as much of the nylon wire as possible. It was a tricky surgery, but our veterinarian is so kind and skilled (Dr. Debra Scheenstra) that I know she saved my life. (See video below)
The fishing line had knots that had embedded into my neck and shoulder, so while she was able to cut the connecting line, it was impossible to remove the line completely. It is no longer wrapped around me and the remaining line will likely be reabsorbed by my body.
We rabbits are amazing little healers.
I am a resilient , adorable little guy who deserves a place to call home. Will you adopt me?
