HI There. I am eager to be adopted and find my forever home! I am a very handsome and active bunny who is ready for a human to adore me.

Hi. My name is Rocco. Just so we are clear, I am a teenager and I am always right! I'm a tough guy (or so I pretend to be), but I have good reason to be a bit cynical.

My siblings:Rebeca,Rachel,Lorna Patches and many more were dropped off in large groups at San Francisco Animal Care and Control by people who had bought "two girl bunnies" who then "miraculously" had two large litters of bunnies. To deal with the rabbit population explosion at their house they dumped us all at the shelter. The large influx of bunnies has pushed the shelter to beyond capacity and has now seriously strained rescue resources.
Though my sisters and I are safe at SaveABunny, we need to adopted or fostered , so that room can be made for rabbits at the shelter facing euthanasia. This includes our siblings: Anna, Margaret, Buttons and Twinkles.

Please don't blame the shelter for the mess that our humans created by being so careless and irresponsible. They are doing the best they can and we all need your help.

So, please forgive me if I am a bit cranky, but sometimes I really wonder about humans!

For a while I lived at Marin Humane Society, but now I am at SaveABunny, because my rabbitude was a bit too much for the shelter staff. I admit it---I'll push your buttons and see how far I can get. The big secret is that I will absolutely respect you and love you for your patience and kindness to me.

Please give me a chance to find happiness.
