My foster mom is adopting me. Yeah!!
-------------------------------------------------------------
My foster mom loves me very much and quite frankly, spoils me rotten. Ahhhhh, the good life. However, she is not able to adopt me, so she and I are looking for a very special place for me to go live where I will be properly worshipped and adored.

I am quite a pretty girl as you can tell from my photo with my cream and chocolate colored fur, plus I am a smart girl with my very own opinions. I'm entertaining, active and life will never be dull with me around.

One important thing for potential adopters to know about me is that I was treated for a bladder stone, so my diet will need to be closely monitored and I may require routine vet check ups. When you live with a Princess like me, I require the finer things in life!

My foster mom just can't make up her mind!
One minute she thinks I'm perfect and then the next minute she's mad at me for digging at the rug. Geez! What's a bunny girl supposed to do?!

My foster thinks I am so funny and loving. She also misses the good old days when she could easily pick me up and hold me, like in the photo above. Hah! I am now a teenager and like most rabbits, I am not that fond of being picked up and held. I'm still very loving and really enjoy being petted and talked with, but I prefer to sit on the floor or sofa with my foster mom, rather than being picked up.

Anyway, the real reason I am writing is tell you how happy I am and to stay in touch in case you are interested in adopting me.
I will be spayed in mid-April and then I will be ready to find my forever home!

Just look at how fast I am growing up and how beautiful I am! I'm almost old enough to be spayed and placed up for adoption. My foster mom says I am very loving and spoiled. I love to have my head and ears petted.
I'm a very happy girl!

By the way, my mom foster calls me Marshmellow and not Tamara!

Hi. My name is Tamara. I am just a baby. I was found as a stray in San Francisco and brought to San Francisco Animal Care and Control. Because the shelter was very overcrowded, and I am also too young to be adopted, the shelter called SaveABunny to see if rescue might be available.

Fortunately a special person came forward and agreed to foster me. That offer of help was the reason I was able to be taken into rescue, so never underestimate the power of being able to help by fostering a rabbit in need.

I will stay with my foster mom for a few months until I am strong enough and old enough to be placed up for adoption. I am probably only about 5-6 weeks old right now (November 27, 2006) and so I will be looking for a home in early 2007.

As you can see, I will be a pretty bunny with cream colored fur and deep chocolate colored points. I am a sweet baby and if all goes well, I will be a healthy and sweet bunny that just might be the perfect pick for you in 2007. Please check back to see how I am doing!
